Take time to rest and relax before finals. Health Services will be offering nap tents for 30 minutes naps, coloring and snacks the week before finals.
On May 17th stop by rooms 224-228 between 10am-5:30pm for some R&R. Mindfulness meditations sessions will be offered @ 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm. Yoga mats will be given out to meditation participants while supplies last.
On May 18th we will be in room 228 ONLY offering snacks, coloring and nap tents from 10am-2pm.
