RECOGNIZE, REASSURE, REFER (R3)

Recognize when students are struggling or when there is a problem. Reassure them that help can make a difference. Don’t wait to see if the issue will resolve itself. Refer them by submitting a Maxient report to the Student Support Resources Team (SSRT).
